in 48 hours

I will be in california!!! and hopefully finished moving in. not the unpacking. that will take a long time. i told my job (my new amazing, wonderful, exciting job) that i could be in the office either on wednesday or thursday. i'm planning on wednesday, but i'l know more when i get there.

i'm so excited my friend marcie is coming out there with me. she is such a saint! and i picked up the uhaul this morning. yup. it's not fun to drive. kinda scary.

but there are amazing people here in the slc area. 6-8 strangers that i've never met before came and helped me load everything up. even 1 person came 15 mins early!! who does that?? so by the time everyone else showed up we had already moved all the furniture. love it. realized i'm stronger than i thought. ha. good to know!

and there are amazing people out in cali too! the relief society/elders quarm really worked their magic. no joke. i'm arriving at an odd time. monday around 2pm. and if i was working i wouldn't be able to help move someone in. but they found 4 guys to help me!! so with me and marcie. that's 6 = getting unloaded in 45 mins. wonderful!! and there will be no stairs involved. sweet.

fingers crossed my roommates are normal. haven't met them, this could be scary.
