so last friday i was able to spend some time with my adorable cousin blake. it was so fun first we went to utah lake in provo...
then we went to dairy queen to grab a blizzard
then to the nicklecade to play some games. blake really liked this one arcade game where he was holding a gun and shooting at all these bad guys. it was pretty fun to watch.
but it was a great day! i was telling his mom that the whole time he was so happy (he always is) but after we went to dairy queen his demeanor kinda changed towards me, as if he was mad at me! well... yup!!! i should have known! i got blake a mini blizzard cause looking at it, it seemed like a normal portion size ice-cream. hahaha, his mom told me that he normally gets the large! which is aobut 4-5 minis combined. no wonder he wasn't as smiley. haha. just funny. lesson learned.
but it was a lot of fun. i want to join a program that works with disabled/mentally changed kids but since i'm moving i can't really make that commitment. so i'll just spend some extra time with my favorite down syndrome person... blake!
then when i got home i had this waiting for me! i was so happy. its my new favorite movie, and callie got me a movie for my bday that i already had so i got this one instead. and it came with it's own minyung! couldn't be happier.
