Best. Sandwich. Ever.

and i made it. shocking. i'm turing into a pretty delicious cook. i've even thought, why go out to eat when i never really like the food here and i could make it better. but heres a pic and the recipe.

Grilled Ham, Pear, And Gorgonzola Sandwich 

 Ingredients
Serves 4
Prep:  15min |Cook: 1min |Total: 16min
8 slices multigrain bread, toasted
2 tablespoons sun-dried tomato--flavored light mayonnaise 
1 cup baby arugula or watercress sprigs
8 thin slices lean, low-sodium baked ham
1 red bartlett pear, quartered, cored, and cut into thin wedges
1/4 cup crumbled Gorgonzola cheese

Directions
1.Preheat the broiler. Place 4 slices of bread on a baking sheet. Spread with the mayonnaise and mound the arugula or watercress on top, dividing evenly. Cover with 2 slices of ham on each sandwich. Arrange the pear wedges on top, and sprinkle on the cheese. 2.Place under the broiler for 1 to 2 minutes, or until the cheese is melted. Top with the remaining toast slices. Cut on the diagonal and serve warm.
