blistfully happy!

does not even describe my mood right now. today is the best day. it started out with me waking up at 5am and going up to campus to study for my test (think i got a 96, but wont find out til tomorrow). then after i took my test, got my essay back (thanks a million Callie for helping editing it) and i got a 94! i was a little nervous cause i didn't mention some key elements, but he didn't seem to mind. and kept saying, "good observation, or interesting". cause he reads essays on logan parks each semester, so i'm guessing i said something no one else had. sa-weet. the essay was to critique a park here in town. and i realized (again not 100% sure) but i think i got a solid A for the class. and it wasn't easy!! this is awesome for my GPA. yes! hopefully i can rock math 1010 and a stupid life science class. gross. ha. oh well. i start those on monday. which brings me to my next wonderful find. so it hit me the other day that i need a graphics calc for monday (and i don't want to pay full retail price, around $100. ridiculous) so i looked on ksl classifieds and bam! got one for $35 bucks in brigham city. love it. it was crazy raining hard, hydroplaned thru the canyon, almost died (twice) but it was worth it! haha.

then the best part of the day. yes there's even more good. so when i first moved to logan i wanted my own place. but nothing was available. and i have always, always wanted to live on the blvd. it's the cutest area in logan. and that's why i was ecstatic when this spot opened up. cause it's really hard to get in here. anyway... so a spot came available at my dream place! and i actually swipped it right out beneath someone else. haha. sucka. they should've brought their checkbook. us new yorks know how fast places go, and if you aren't prepared...well 10 mins later it can be gone. and i know, i'm in logan utah.. but man. when i was leaving there were more people behind me to take a look/tour. and there's a wait-list for fall. and i got the only one for july. so yup! i'm moving july 9th. into my own place. i'll put a video up of it after i buy some furniture. which will be awhile cause i needs to gets a job. ha. i've sent out another round of resumes, and i've gotten some feedback, and i've still got a million more to send out. so i'm hopeful. the economy is turning around. and my fingers are still crossed that the houston project will go through.
and then to end it on a bang, i'm going to a party tonight. hopefully to meet some cool people. i went to party the other weekend... and man oh man. weird-ness surrounded me! haha. so i'm excited. and tomorrow i'll work on dallas project. and go to the farmers market if its not raining here. so yeah, best day!
