done and done

yup. i didn't flake out on this morning's run. and i went around 11am... so it was crazy hot and humid. so, i'm really hoping i got some sun too. wouldn't that be nice. then hopefully i won't glow so much when i'm in hawaii. haha, yikes. but yeah it was actually really fun. and i woke up this morning with, ooh i need to go running. i really haven't had that be the first thought of the day in - i don't know how long. it's awesome training again. hopefully i can keep this up. fingers crossed!
