on logan! haha, when it comes to this inversion. wow, i can not believe how gross/poison-ist is up here. i swear it was not like this 10 years ago. never. it was blue clear sky's every day. minus the small rainy days, but mainly all blue sky's. the main reason why i even liked living here. ha, well those blue sky's are far and few between. last wednesday i had to even shorten my run cause i literally felt that i was inhaling poison (and it is, it's from all the car's exhaust). today was the worst yet. and when i lived in slc it lasted for 2 months?? and i was only living there starting january, and since logan is much more in a smaller valley with the mountains keeping the poison in the air i'm assuming it wont clear until april. sa-weeet!!! hahaha. funny, i would take the east coast humidy in the city in july dripping head to toe from sweat down in the subway (with the urine smell) over this. haha. wow, i'm not a fan.
oh, these are from my run today. i went around the smithfield golf course. it was crazy hilly, exhausting but awesome. can't wait to do it again next week.
